1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.10xbizfunnel.com and all related services, products, courses, templates, and tools ("Services") offered by 10xBizFunnel Solution ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Dhananjay Kalyankar, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. About Our Platform

10xBizFunnel is an authorized white-label partner of Systeme.io. When you subscribe to any 10xBizFunnel plan, you receive access to the Systeme.io software platform along with additional bonuses, support, courses, and templates provided by us. The software features, limits, and core functionality are provided and maintained by Systeme.io. We do not control or guarantee the uptime, updates, or changes made by Systeme.io to their platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

When you create an account through 10xBizFunnel, your account is created on the Systeme.io platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Plans and Pricing

Our plans (Startup, Webinar, Unlimited) are priced in USD and follow the same pricing structure as Systeme.io. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. All payments are processed through Systeme.io's payment infrastructure via Stripe or PayPal. We do not directly handle or store your payment card details.

6. Bonuses and Additional Services

Each paid plan includes bonus resources such as courses, templates, swipe files, WhatsApp message templates, Zoom office hours, and community access. These bonuses are provided by 10xBizFunnel Solution and are separate from the Systeme.io software. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace bonus offerings at any time. Bonuses are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Refund Policy

Since the core software is provided by Systeme.io, refund eligibility for subscription plans is governed by Systeme.io's refund policy. For bonus courses and digital products delivered by 10xBizFunnel, all sales are final once access has been granted, as these are digital goods delivered instantly. If you believe there is an error in your billing, contact us within 7 days at support@10xbizfunnel.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by 10xBizFunnel Solution — including courses, templates, swipe files, SOPs, ad copy templates, funnel designs, and tools — is the intellectual property of 10xBizFunnel Solution. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display our content without prior written consent. The Systeme.io software, brand, and platform are the intellectual property of Systeme.io SAS.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to: send spam or unsolicited messages; engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity; violate any applicable laws including data protection regulations; infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

10. WhatsApp and Third-Party Tools

Some of our bonuses and courses involve the use of third-party tools such as WhatsApp Business API, Pabbly Connect, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Your use of these tools is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or functionality of any third-party service.

11. Zoom Office Hours and Support

Access to weekly Zoom office hours and the private WhatsApp community is included as part of paid plans. We reserve the right to modify the schedule, frequency, or format of these sessions. Office hours are for general guidance and tech support related to Systeme.io and digital marketing. They do not constitute professional consulting, legal, financial, or tax advice.

12. Affiliate Program

If you participate in the 10xBizFunnel affiliate program, you agree to promote our Services honestly and ethically. You may not use misleading claims, fake testimonials, or spam to promote your affiliate link. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate partnerships and withhold commissions for violations of these Terms or unethical promotional practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

10xBizFunnel Solution provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific results, income, or business outcomes from using our platform, courses, or templates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

14. Disclaimer of Earnings

Any income examples, case studies, or results shared on our website, courses, or community are for illustration purposes only. Individual results will vary based on effort, market conditions, skills, and many other factors. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money using our Services.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our bonus content, community, and support services if you violate these Terms. Termination of bonus access does not affect your Systeme.io software subscription, which is managed directly by Systeme.io.

16. Privacy

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
